Anastasia Pastries was created in June 2020 in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Living in a pandemic where everyone is staying at home, a lovely young couple had a vision: to spread joy and put smiles on the faces of people suffering from the new changes caused by COVID-19.
Anastasia Pastries features a wide variety of different international artisanal baking goods where each and every pastry item is tailored for our customers' sophisticated taste.
Growing up in an international background and living in such a culturally diverse world has shaped who we are today. We believe there is an importance, a unique value to the meaning of home-made. When we say our goods are home-made, it means we bake them with the best ingredients, with integrity, honesty, and most importantly for us: with love.
Tarik Salih is a high school senior attending an international academy in Dallas, Texas. Stemming from an international background, he is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. Leveraging his Dutch, French, and Moroccan nationalities in his work, Tarik brings out his European/North African culture into the baking mix!
Ana Giordano, fluent in English, French, and Spanish as well, is a high school senior attending an international academy in Dallas, Texas. Having lived in Mexico for a long time, her expertise in the culinary field is quite refined. With her Italian and Mexican roots, Ana brings in an unexpected and unique twist to her cooking!
Sprouting from their passion to cook and bake, co-founders Ana Giordano and Tarik Salih combined the art of craftsmanship, and creativity with the limitless potential of the culinary arts to create what you now know as Anastasia Pastries!
As of right now, Anastasia Pastries is a small business operated by a small number of talented individuals at home. Anastasia Pastries plans on expanding its business throughout a larger part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex by taking on a larger presence in the baking industry as well as on social media while taking on a larger working crew.
